Starting in April 2021, WeRide began to provide daily Robobus commuting services for its employees on the Bio Island, as part of the preparation for launching the service to the public. WeRide Robobus also contributed to the combat against the COVID-19 outbreak in Guangzhou in June 2021, delivering necessities to residents in lockdown district in fully driverless mode.
